Registracija

• Apstrakte na srpskom i engleskom jeziku treba dostaviti kao jedan MS Word dokument, maksimalne dužine jedne strane, pripremljen prema uputstvu.
• Autori koji predstavljaju rad moraju biti registrovani učesnici. Ime i prezime autora koji predstavlja rad u apstraktu mora biti podvučeno. U tekstu apstrakta, posle afilijacije, navesti e-mail adresu autora koji predstavlja rad.
• Apstrakt napisati na srpskom i engleskom jeziku, u MS Word (2007 ili noviji), sa „single” proredom i „justified” poravnanjem (Ctrl+J), u A4 formatu, sa marginama 2 cm (gore i levo), 6 cm (desno) i 8 cm (dole). Koristiti font Times New Roman (veličina 11 pt za tekst i 14 pt za naslov).
• Datoteka apstrakta treba da bude imenovana na sledeći način: šifra naučne oblasti, prezime i ključna reč po izboru autora (na primer: OH_Petrovic_Alkaloids).

• Poster treba da bude u portret (uspravnoj) orijentaciji.
• Maksimalna veličina postera treba da bude 80 cm (širina) i 100 cm (visina).
• Preporučuje se da najmanja veličina fonta bude 18 pt.
• Sve što je neophodno za postavljanje postera biće obezbeđeno na mestu za postavljanje postera na Savetovanju.
• Preporučuje se da naslov postera bude napisan i na srpskom i na engleskom jeziku.

Potrebno je da predavači najkasnije u pauzi pre sesije predaju svoju prezentaciju kolegama iz Organizacionog odbora. Prezentacija treba da bude u .ppt, .pptx ili .pdf formatu. Poželjno je izbegavati korišćenje video zapisa u prezentaciji. Ukoliko prezentacija sadrži video, potrebno je obavestiti kolegu prilikom predavanja prezentacije.

Voditi računa o vremenu predviđenom za izlaganje rada:

• plenarno predavanje: 40 min i 5 min za pitanja i diskusiju;
• predavanje po pozivu, predavanje dobitnika medaljei predavanje posvećeno preminulim članovima Društva: 25 min i 5 min za pitanja i diskusiju;
• usmena prezentacija: 10 min i 5 min za pitanja i diskusiju.

• Rok za prijavu i slanje apstrakata radova: 11. maj 2026.
• Obaveštenja o prihvatanju radova: do 22. maja 2026.
• Rok za uplatu kotizacije: 27. maj 2026.

Kotizacija za učesnike sa radom uključuje mogućnost da se usmeno ili posterom saopšte rezultati, materijal Savetovanja, pristup svim predavanjima i prezentacijama, kao i prisustvo društvenim događajima (ekskurzija, i svečana večera) za učesnike koji su se prilikom registracije prijavili za njih. Po jednoj plaćenoj kotizaciji mogu se prijaviti najviše dva rada.

Kotizacija za prateće osobe uključuje pristup svim predavanjima i prezentacijama, kao i prisustvo društvenim događajima (ekskurzija, koktel i svečana večera) za učesnike koji su se prijavili prilikom registracije.

Usled velikih izmena u načinu plaćanja potrebno je ispoštovati navedene rokove i sledeće instrukcije.

Ukoliko ima učesnika sa više radova, treba navesti i broj kotizacija koje se plaćaju na ime tog učesnika.

Ukoliko više učesnika želi da zajedno uplati kotizacije (preko jedne uplatnice), treba navesti imena svih učesnika i broj i vrstu kotizacija koje se plaćaju tom prilikom.

1. Ukoliko kotizaciju za učesnika uplaćuje institucija, plaćanje se vrši putem registrovane elektronske fakture. U prijavi navesti pun naziv i adresu instituciju koja plaća kotizaciju. Elektronske fakture institucijama će se izdavati odmah po prijemu prijave. Blagovremeno prijaviti i obavestiti računovodstvo matičnog instituta, fakulteta ili agencije o obavezi i roku plaćanja.

2. • Abstracts in Serbian and English should be submitted as a single MS Word document, with a maximum length of one page, prepared in accordance with these instructions.
• Authors presenting the work must be registered participants. The name of the presenting author must be underlined in the abstract. In the abstract text, after the affiliation, the e-mail address of the presenting author should be provided.
• The abstract should be written in Serbian and English in MS Word (2007 or later), with single line spacing and justified alignment (Ctrl+J), on A4 paper, with margins of 2 cm (top and left), 6 cm (right), and 8 cm (bottom). Use Times New Roman font (11 pt for the text and 14 pt for the title). For participants from English-speaking countries, members of the Scientific Committee will translate the abstracts into Serbian.
• The abstract file should be named as follows: scientific field code, surname, and a keyword chosen by the author (for example: OH_Petrovic_Alkaloids).

• The poster should be in portrait (vertical) orientation.
• The maximum poster size should be 80 cm (width) × 100 cm (height).
• It is recommended that the minimum font size be 18 pt.
• All necessary materials for mounting the poster will be provided at the poster area during the Conference.
• It is recommended that the poster title be written in both Serbian and English.

Speakers are required to submit their presentations to members of the Organizing Committee no later than during the break preceding their session. Presentations should be in .ppt, .pptx, or .pdf format. The use of video files in presentations is discouraged. If the presentation includes video, the presenter should inform a member of the Organizing Committee when submitting the presentation.

• plenary lecture: 40 min + 5 min for questions and discussion
• invited lecture, lecture by the medal recipient, and memorial lecture dedicated to deceased members of the Society: 25 min + 5 min for questions and discussion

The registration fee for participants presenting a paper includes the opportunity to present results either orally or as a poster, conference materials, access to all lectures and presentations, as well as participation in social events (excursion and gala dinner) for those who indicated their attendance during registration. A maximum of two papers may be submitted per one paid registration fee.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes access to all lectures and presentations, as well as participation in social events (excursion, cocktail reception, and gala dinner) for those who registered for them during the registration process.

Due to significant changes in the payment system, it is necessary to adhere to the specified deadlines and the following instructions.

If a participant has multiple papers, the number of registration fees to be paid on behalf of that participant should be indicated.

If multiple participants wish to pay their registration fees together (via a single payment slip), the names of all participants, as well as the number and type of registration fees being paid, should be specified.

1. If the registration fee is paid by an institution, the payment must be made via a registered electronic invoice. The application should include the full name and address of the institution responsible for the payment. Electronic invoices will be issued to institutions immediately upon receipt of the application. Please ensure that the accounting office of your home institute, faculty, or agency is informed in a timely manner about the payment obligation and deadline.
